Absolutely wonderful! The staff helpful and friendly, busy, but it dosen't show in their attitude! Dr. Kingery quick and through. Not a big talker, lol! And of all things the ladies are given small vase of flowers when you leave. Sweet.

No, no, no!! Crooked business. As someone already mentioned in a review, they failed to tell us the full cost and then blamed it on our insurance company. We talked to their business office several times, as well as our insurance company. Each time, Associated Eye Surgical Center was rude, especially treating my husband who has a primary language of Dutch, inferior. I actually overheard the way a person named Alyssa was harassing him from another room, and came in to intervene. She said she gets calls from angry people about this every day. That might be a clue! I’m sure they have an “idea” of how much procedures are going to cost ahead of time. We were told by Alyssa that they were contractually required to pursue the full payment still due, or lose their contract with BCBS. Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn’t seem to agree. Two thoughts for this business: inform people of potential future bills. And, refrain from discriminatory and derogatory treatment when talking to others.

Very professional place great people working the doctors are fabulous the only thing take caution make sure you know what you're insurance is going to pay for and what is not going to be covered. What I thought my insurance would cover and what they told me we're completely two different things I was told a small amount would probably be owed after the insurance took care of but it was far from that this few hundred dollars turned up to be almost a thousand so be advised find out what you're going to owe after everything is said and done otherwise you will be surprised
